My work is attuned, embodied, and relational.
I offer a grounded space where people can slow down enough to listen to what their body is communicating in the presence of another human who is paying attention.
This work is not rushed and not performative.
It is a practice of presence, honesty, and nervous-system awareness over time.

Presence as the Foundation

Everything begins with safety.
Not the kind of safety that avoids discomfort, but the kind that allows the body to settle, soften, and speak truthfully. From there, we pay attention - to sensation, impulse, emotion, breath, and the subtle shifts that often go unnoticed in daily life.
As awareness grows, clarity follows.

Readiness

I work best with people who feel a genuine yes to engaging this work with sincerity and commitment.
You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want or how to get there.
You do need to be willing to show up, stay present, and participate in your own process.
This is not work that is done to you.
It is work we engage together.

The Body as an Ally

The body is intelligent and responsive.
It communicates continuously - through sensation, tension, desire, withdrawal, ease, and impulse.
Rather than overriding or analyzing these signals, we practice listening.
Over time, clients become more fluent in their body’s language. They notice earlier. They respond more clearly. Trust begins - not as an idea, but as a lived, embodied experience.

Scope & Care

I am trauma-informed, though not a primary trauma-treatment provider. If trauma is part of what you are working with, we will talk together about your broader support system to ensure this work is appropriate and well held.
Care, pacing, and discernment are central to how I work.

Relational Practice

This work happens in relationship.
Whether you are healing after trauma, learning intimacy and sexual presence, or deepening an existing somatic or sacred sexuality practice, the focus is not performance or outcome. It is the practice of:
* staying present
* communicating honestly
* noticing what supports connection and repairing when something     moves off course.

These skills naturally extend beyond our sessions into daily life, relationships, and creative expression.

An Invitation

If something in this orientation feels familiar,  you are welcome to reach out.
We’ll begin with a conversation to explore whether working together feels aligned and supportive for both of us.
This is a mutual process.

I'd love to hear from you.
