About Anastasia

I’m someone who genuinely enjoys knowing people.

Not in a performative way,  but in the quiet, attentive way that allows me to stay present with what’s actually happening. I’m interested in who you are beneath strategies, stories, and effort. I listen with my whole body, and I take people seriously, especially the parts of them that feel unsure, tender, or still forming.

My work grew out of a lifetime of curiosity about breath, body, emotion, power, vulnerability, and what allows people to feel at home in themselves and with others. Over the years, I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t come from force or performance - it comes from safety, attention, and relationship.

I guide people toward a place where there is less striving and more listening. Where there is no agenda to become someone else, only an invitation to arrive more fully as you are.

What It Feels Like to Work With Me

People often tell me that my presence feels warm, grounded, and steady.

When you arrive for a session, you’ll be met as a whole person, not a problem to be solved. We’ll take a moment to land. You might notice the scent of sage, or the quiet of the space, or the simple relief of being received without urgency. I’m genuinely interested in you and what matters in your life, and that interest doesn’t waver when things feel messy or uncertain.

I meet people where they are, and I take pacing seriously. This work is not about pushing through discomfort or chasing intensity. It’s about creating enough safety and trust for something real to unfold.

My Background

Alongside many years of lived experience, my work is informed by training in somatic, relational, and experiential modalities, including:

  • Certified Somatic Sex & Intimacy Coach (Somatica Institute, San Francisco)

  • Certified Surrogate Partner (Institute for Mind Body Therapy, Austin)

  • Certified Yoga Teacher (Living Yoga Program, Austin)

  • Certified Cuddle Therapist (Cuddlist)

  • Reiki Master Practitioner

  • BA in Psychology

  • Co-space holder of Shiva's Angel's Tantra Temple, Austin 2014-2015

  • Co-founder and Lead Priestess of Moon House Tantra Temple, Austin 2014-2017

  • Advanced trauma-informed training through A Culture of Care (Catherine Hale, 2024)

While training matters, presence matters more.

What I offer is not a technique, but a way of being in relationship that supports learning, repair, and embodied trust.

Who I Enjoy Working With

I enjoy working with people who are curious, sincere, and willing to engage presence as a practice.

Some people I work with are new to intimacy and embodiment. Others have been on a personal or spiritual path for many years. What matters is not where you’re starting, but your willingness to show up honestly and stay in relationship with yourself as you learn.

Reflections from Clients

I am more at peace with myself now than I ever have been. I am ready to claim the rest of me. I even love myself now - something I never allowed before. And, I look at other people differently with more love for them.

 - J

..more than anything, you taught me how to connect, even love, in a deeper and ultimately better way. I'll be able to take that with me in all relationships, both platonic and romantic.  - A

I came to work on my pattern of sabotaging my intimate relationships. What I've learned is a great tenderness for my younger parts. Now I know what safety feels like in my body.
